HM Stanley receives Retail Operations Award
Recently HM Stanley were presented with a special award at the Marks and Spencer Food Partner conference.
Our M&S Food Brand Lead, Paul Crawford received the Convenience Retail Operations Award on behalf of HM Stanley, which recognised the best franchise operator delivering the highest standards measured through audits, delivery of KPIs, following brand standards and process.
We could not be prouder of our teams in our 3 M&S Food stores in Battlefield, Glasgow as well as Stockbridge and Lothian Road in Edinburgh, where our colleagues deliver quality operations as well as a great customer experience resulting in sales growth.
