Andy Hay

Andy has worked in the hospitality sector for almost 30 years. In the late 90s and early 2000s he lived and worked in London and the Southeast in bar and restaurant management. In 2004 upon moving back to Edinburgh he joined Starbucks Coffee Company and in 2018 moved to Burton & Speke Ltd as Head of Operations. Andy joined the Burton & Speke board of directors in 2021. He now sits on the board of The Explorer Group, and leads the operations teams across the Group.
