Eileen McBain

On graduating from Strathclyde University with a BA in Hotel & Catering Management, Eileen spent two years working in hospitality in London & Sydney before returning to Strathclyde University where she obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Accountancy. Eileen then combined the two qualifications working in the Finance department of a UK hotel chain before moving to the print industry to gain knowledge of accountancy within a different industry. She gained her professional qualification with CIMA and then took several years out to look after her two young children, still keeping a hand in Finance by volunteering as Treasurer at her local Cancer Research charity office. In 2012 she returned to work joining Sean and Stephanie in Dominoid Limited which operated Domino’s Pizza under license until 2013. Eileen is now the Finance Director of The Explorer Group, running & developing a small & dynamic finance team.
