Paul Barker

Before taking up his current role, Paul lived in Los Angeles for 16 years where he was Director of Cybersecurity & Technology Risk at one of the world’s largest fund management companies with over $2.3 trillion in assets. Leading a team of 200 associates and contractors Paul built and managed a world-class technology and cybersecurity capability. Over the previous 25 years Paul held senior technology positions in London and Zurich at top financial services companies including UBS, Merrill Lynch, and Mercury Asset Management.  Paul has a B.Sc. in Biological Science, an M.Sc. in Expert Systems, an MBA and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional.
