Stephanie Geddes

On graduation from Bristol University with a LLB, Stephanie became a dual-qualified (English and Scottish) employment lawyer working in London then Edinburgh. In 2006 she joined Dominoid Ltd, the family-owned operating company for Domino’s Pizza in the East of Scotland and is now a joint-owner and HR & Legal Director of The Explorer Group. In 2006 Stephanie also became involved with Loretto School spending 10 years firstly as Governor then as Clerk to the Governors, retiring in 2016. As well as Group Legal Director, Stephanie also manages the Group’s charitable arm, The Kennedy & Geddes Trust. Outside of the business, Stephanie is a keen sailor with off-shore racing often tempting her away from the office.
